Here a small practice i did. I started first with a normal human head but later i dicide to make a more intresting shape out of it. So i moved some vertexes here and there do make the neck bigger. I dont know how many Star trek fans are in here, but for those they dont know cardassians, just take a lock into Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
After that i pushed it into Zbrush and i had some fun with it. Later i rendered some texture maps (displacement, normal and diffuse). Later some textures with Photoshop. Nothing special.
